I wanted to thank Gary and his staff for everything. My husband, Steve and I pre planned our funerals 10 years ago and Gary was so helpful. Then, suddenly Steve passed away on a family trip to New York. After Steve passed, I called Gary from the hospital and he handled all the arrangements to get him transported back home and help me navigate some changes and requests that helped make his death so much easier. Gary took care of everything with his quiet professional demeanor.

Words cannot express our sincere appreciation for your extraordinary assistance in coordinating the farewell funeral service for our beloved son Eugene who unexpectedly passed away. We came from New York and Gary explained everything we needed to do. It was a beautiful send-off, and we would have been lost without you! Thank you for all your hard work and kind words. You tried to accommodate all that we asked for, you even allowed to extend the service to let all the friends say a word. The video montage from the Eugene’s photo was well done and brought to all of us wonderful memories. The word “great” doesn’t look appropriate in this case but you and your staff did was just that. The service opened to us that side of our son that we were not aware of, introduced us to many people Eugene helped during his short life. If Eugene would be there he would be proud of himself as we were. And thank you for your sincere compassion.

It was great to have the service available via YouTube because a lot of friends and family were able to attend virtually. The friends and family who came to the funeral home all commented on what a warm serene environment you have created. It was a much better experience than going into the traditional sterile setting of a funeral home. I would like to take this moment for all the staff at Gary. I am from New York and was very nervous about selecting the right place for my WONDERFUL husband. The staff was so kind, caring, thoughtful, and respectful to my husband and his family.
The care and respect that was shown to my family were so refreshing.

My Father was very ill recently and then past suddenly. My Mom and I had to prepare for the worst. We visited Gary and the folks at Panoch Funeral Home and they were wonderful. He explained everything we needed to do when my father died. He offered advice and took care of the smallest details so that My Mom, I and the rest of my family could simply grieve when my father past and not worry about anything else. The food was amazing. The photo/video montage was well done and made us all smile remembering my father in happier times. They were caring compassionate and empathetic. All the things you want when something sad like this happens. I can not thank them enough. It's hard to say this when it's my father's funeral but it has to be said I guess....they were also very reasonably priced. My Mom is a widow now and every dollar counts. Panoch funeral home made sure it was all well priced. I can not thank them enough. ---- You folks were amazing. Thank you!

Just wanted to give you a BIG heart felt thank you for handling everything so efficiently. Mom's cremains arrived safe and sound and ona much earlier flight lol. The Urn is beautiful and fits in nicely in my apartment. How long is it before you stop talking to the Urn and have the feeling she's watching me? Right now I would expect mom to come out of the top like she is a genie and make a wise crack about something I'm doing!

I am the daughter of Thomas F. and I write this letter on behalf of his entire family. It is too often we are quick to complain, but seldom do we take time to pay compliments. Losing a loved one is never easy and having to tend to funeral arrangements is extremely emotionally draining. I must let you know how very pleased we were with all the arrangements. There was never one moment we felt pressured or being taken advantage of. We were made to feel comfortable from the time we first sat down with Gary Panoch until the last car left my parent's home after returning from the cemetery. Gary was extremely helpful and considerate the entire time. He offered some suggestions when appropriate and presented all aspects of the situation. Again, there was no pressure, just expertise and ease in presenting details. We were always greeted sincerely and warmly at the door and our needs were attended to. Whomever was on staff at the time appeared genuinely concerned as to our comfort and needs, as well as those of other family members and friends. Your facility generates a very warm, cozy atmosphere. I also would like to mention how pleased we all were with the way Daddy looked. His illness had taken a toll on him physically, but his restoration was remarkable. One could only look at him and honestly believe he was comfortable; at peace and at rest. I cannot imagine being in the profession you, your family and staff have chosen, but it was obvious to us that you are truly experts in every way, but more then being professional, you have proven to be sympathetic and caring as well.
