Gary was wonderful and caring. My mother's death was unexpected and I was a mess. I told my husband when I die, send me to Gary.
During the most horrible time in my life, Gary and his staff were just so caring and compassionate it made me comfortable and able to deal with my loss.
Gary Panoch couldn't have been more helpful, sympathetic. Assistant Leslie also was excellent. I would recommend this establishment!!!
Very satisfied with all of the staff, extremely courteous and helpful.
My Father was very ill recently and then past suddenly. My Mom and I had to prepare for the worst. We visited Gary and the folks at Panoch Funeral Home and they were wonderful. He explained everything we needed to do when my father died. He offered advice and took care of the smallest details so that My Mom, I and the rest of my family could simply grieve when my father past and not worry about anything else. The food was amazing. The photo/video montage was well done and made us all smile remembering my father in happier times. They were caring compassionate and empathetic. All the things you want when something sad like this happens. I can not thank them enough. It's hard to say this when it's my father's funeral but it has to be said I guess....they were also very reasonably priced. My Mom is a widow now and every dollar counts. Panoch funeral home made sure it was all well priced. I can not thank them enough. ---- You folks were amazing. Thank you!
Mr. Panoch, I was honored, today, to assist my friend making arrangements for her husband. Having been raised in the funeral industry I thought I knew what to expect. Your compassion, courtesy and understanding was so impressive. I was so pleased that you only asked what she wanted and at no time did you try to push additional services. We left with a wonderful sense that he will be in wonderful caring hands. Meeting your staff was also a pleasure. Thank you for your kindness and allowing us to know we made the right choice.
Gary Panoche has personally handled both of my parents. He is professional, helpful, empathetic and NEVER pushes product on us. My highest regards.
Gary, the owner & manager is so personable that he made me feel as though I'd been a long-time friend.
I didn't know any of the staff members but their reputation was outstanding & their services super!
It felt very warm and home like. Not intimidating at all. First time for me.
Words cannot begin to express my gratitude to you and your staff, or showing my family such compassion, guidance and dignity, during one of the most difficult periods of our lives.
Thank you for going above and beyond.
You have made such a he unbearable, bearable. I leaned on you and you showed me incredible strength.
It is due to your comfort and assistance that we are able to remember my uncle's untimely passing with love -

Just a note to thank you and your team for handling all of the details of my dear husband so perfectly. You were always ready to answer all my questions, and co-ordinate all the details of scheduling from the church to the cemetery.
I would be more than happy to give you and your team a high recommendation.
With gratitude and prayers,
Dear Gary, Thank you for such kind, empathetic, patient, efficient, effective and professional service before, during and after my Father's memorial service. As the grieving daughter, I really appreciate how you and your staff "held" our family with such grace and ease as we stumbled through our grief and loss to plan my father's farewell at your funeral home. Deep gratitude.
Gary and his staff were professional and caring throughout our experience with the Gary Panoch Funeral Home. Gary took his time and explained all aspects of the funeral process. I admired his professional services while still exuding a "family" feel to the process. Thank you - Gary.
Best choice ever ... Gary P., helped us during this difficult time, explaining every detail of the process. Everything went very smooth and easy. I have no words to thank Gary Panoch Funeral Home for their awesome service. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Panoch,
Our sincerest appreciation for your assistance in handling arrangements for mom's funeral. Everything went smoothly in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The funeral director, Earl Lohman also thought you did very well in facilitating the process from Florida.
At such a sad time, it was refreshing meet you with your wonderful personality & professionalism! You were very reassuring and informative. My mom would have loved you ... she was sassy and funny. I'm putting your card in the safe deposit box with our wills! Make sure my make-up & hair look fantastic! All the best, many thanks!
Dear Gary, Leslie & Staff,
Thank you for taking care of mother's final care needs in such a careful, professional, and loving way. Your attention to every detail was much appreciated. Knowing I could rely on you to handle everything allowed me to focus on my mom and my family during this difficult time.
Leslie, Thank you so much for your help in planning for my mom’s celebration of life...the whole staff at Gary Panoch was warm and welcoming. My father was really pleased with my choice in choosing Gary Panoch Funeral Home. Everything went extremely well, in fact, many called it magical with my niece singing the song she wrote for my mom, the dozen dove Release and then the rainbow appearing.
Hello Gary Panoch,
My family and I want to thank you and your staff for the exceptional service that my family received while arranging my father's funeral arrangements. We were so pleased with the service that we received and everybody agreed that you and your staff did a wonderful job. Everybody agreed that " he looked so much like himself ".
All of my family and friends will definitely spread the word about the wonderful service that we received at your funeral home. Although dealing with death is not an easy experience. You managed to make us feel at ease. Everybody at Gary Panoch Funeral Home was professional, knowledgeable, caring and supportive throughout the week of my dad's passing. We felt comfort in knowing that my father's home going would be a beautiful experience.
Sincerely, The E...
Because my husband Mike was in Hospice care, I had time to consult several funeral homes in Boca...so I was very grateful for your honesty & fairness when I found that you would do all (and more) than the larger funeral homes and your cost was less than half!
Dear Gary, Leslie, and staff The remembrance service on Sat. was lovely and very moving. It was very nice that you took the time to arrange it, and also bring grieving families together during this not so joyous time of the year for us.
It was nice meeting your previous neighbor. Always know I am around the corner if you need something.
Take care and may you, your family, and staff have a joyous Christmas.
Just wanted to give you a BIG heart felt thank you for handling everything so efficiently. Mom's cremains arrived safe and sound and ona much earlier flight lol. The Urn is beautiful and fits in nicely in my apartment. How long is it before you stop talking to the Urn and have the feeling she's watching me? Right now I would expect mom to come out of the top like she is a genie and make a wise crack about something I'm doing!
Once again, thank you for your good service.
Gary, The shipboard service for my Mom & Dad was wonderful. We finally have closure on their death. I want to personally thank you for the relationship you had with them when they were alive and the respect you showed when they passed. Your caring manor helped our family through some very tough times.
Thank you so much.
Gary Panoch, I am the daughter of Latitia S. at whose funeral you supervised at Dade Memorial Park in Opa Locka, Fl, on Sat. I received your address from Tim @ Metz here in Cape Coral. On behalf of my entire family we want to Thank You more than words can say for making sure our Mother was taken care of properly even "after death." God Bless You for as I understand from my brothers if you had not been there it would have never happened. You must be a very special & "one of a kind" person & I feel sure God was in control when he sent you there that Sat. afternoon.
Thank You! so much & Happy Holidays.
Dear Gary, Thank you for all you have done to ease our pain during this most difficult time. Your thoughtfulness has been a comfort to us and we really appreciate the many kindnesses extended to us.
Dear Gary, On behalf of the family, I would like to thank you for the professional and respectful way in which you handled Major's funeral. It certainly eased some of the stress.
Dear Gary, Thank you for all your assistance in arranging services for my son Christopher. Your kindness & professionalism is very much appreciated.
I am the daughter of Thomas F. and I write this letter on behalf of his entire family. It is too often we are quick to complain, but seldom do we take time to pay compliments. Losing a loved one is never easy and having to tend to funeral arrangements is extremely emotionally draining. I must let you know how very pleased we were with all the arrangements. There was never one moment we felt pressured or being taken advantage of. We were made to feel comfortable from the time we first sat down with Gary Panoch until the last car left my parent's home after returning from the cemetery. Gary was extremely helpful and considerate the entire time. He offered some suggestions when appropriate and presented all aspects of the situation. Again, there was no pressure, just expertise and ease in presenting details. We were always greeted sincerely and warmly at the door and our needs were attended to. Whomever was on staff at the time appeared genuinely concerned as to our comfort and needs, as well as those of other family members and friends. Your facility generates a very warm, cozy atmosphere. I also would like to mention how pleased we all were with the way Daddy looked. His illness had taken a toll on him physically, but his restoration was remarkable. One could only look at him and honestly believe he was comfortable; at peace and at rest. I cannot imagine being in the profession you, your family and staff have chosen, but it was obvious to us that you are truly experts in every way, but more then being professional, you have proven to be sympathetic and caring as well. Thank you for each and every effort you extended to make this difficult time as comfortable as possible.
Dear Gary, On behalf of my family and myself we thank you for all the consideration extended to us during this time of sadness. We commend you and the staff in the manner that everything was done for my Mother, Nelva B. and in the way our family and friends were welcomed. Our sincere appreciation for the expertise of all the necessary arrangements. Sincerely,
We, the family of Eleanor B., want to thank you for our Mom's funeral. Everything was done so nice we had no idea so many people would come. Gary was very kind & helpful to us as we planned the funeral. He was well informed and it made it easier for us. We were happy with everything including the burial in Okeechobee. Thank you for everything. We are grateful. Love,
Dear Gary, Just a short note to thank you for the beautiful job you did for my Dad and our family. I know he would be very proud to know you were there for him. Everything was beautiful. It was greatly appreciated. Wishing you much success in the future.
We wish to thank you for all you did for us at the passing of our daughter, Margaret. your professionalism, courtesy and personal touches made the process so much easier to bear. As I mentioned to you during our visit I have been involved in many funerals, with many funeral homes and many funeral directors. You stand head and shoulders above them all. Your taking the extra time to deliver Margaret's remains to us and to drop off paperwork at the house was greatly appreciated. Words cannot express our thanks adequately, but thank you anyway.
I truly hope you know just how impressed we all were by your handling of a very delicate situation. Your preparation of Margaret for the viewing was impeccable and I have never seen better. May God Bless You and Your Family." God Bless You,
Thank you for your thoughtful note that remembered the first year anniversary of my mother’s passing.
Let me take this opportunity to thank you again for all of your staff that helped me through a very sad year. Losing both of my parents within a year was unexpected and devastating. It was also the first deaths that I had to deal with and arrange.
Your availability and sensitivity guided me first, through my father’s death and then my mother’s. My file was established so when my mother died, I didn’t have to focus on the business at hand and could just grieve. At a time of shock, that is a real relief. I also appreciated the Grief Support materials and check list to help me through the process.”
Because my husband Mike was in Hospice care, I had time to consultseveral funeral homes in Boca. The amount of money spent on funeralarrangements in no way reflects the amount of love felt for the deceased. There's no sense in being gullible or taken advantage of during a time ofgrief, so I was very grateful for your honesty & fairness when I found that you would do all (and more) than the larger funeral homes and your cost was less than half!
You offered outstanding service, Gary, taking care ofevery detail with care & professionalism all the way through. I couldn'thave expected better. You were recommended to me by a fellow parishioner at St.John Catholic Church in West Boca & I will gladly recommend you to others.
With heartfelt gratitude,

(I would mention Christine's sister but I can't remember her name.) We all want to thank you and your staff for the exceptional service we received. Everything was beyond beautiful and well taken care of. It was really a pleasure working with you. Your professionalism made all the difference. Mom looked amazing and so peaceful. Gary Panoch, his staff, very compassionate, helpful &informative about all options and I felt everyone went beyond any expectations and were so caring.
Gary was one of the nicest people in the business of any type that I have dealt with in a very long time. Extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and able to make additional suggestions (not for profit) but thinking through my out of state situation and alternatives.
Gary Panoch makes a difficult stressful experience easy to deal with. He explains in detail the choices offered. He takes care of all matters involved. He understands how people feel during this sad time and conducts his business in a caring personal way.
I've been home for a few days and keeping myself busy packing up my Dad's things. It's hard to fill the gap between 9 and 2 because that's when I was preparing his meals and staying with him through lunch. I just want to thank you and Gary again for the way you handled my dad's passing. From our first phone meeting 2 years ago to our final good-bye on Monday, I always felt I made the right choice. I will never forget the compassion and kindness you have shown to me and my family during this very sad time.
