My Arizona Adopted Family - May 10, 2016

I had the honor of meeting Elisa shortly after she moved to Arizona in the early 90's. My cousin Albania from Long Island suggested that I meet Elisa. She talked to me about how Elisa was a beautiful person and the Lord knows she was right.

Elisa and I became very close and she shared with my family and I every holiday. When she moved to Florida we missed her terribly because she had become a very special part of our family. We continue to miss her. I thank the Lord for giving me the opportunity to see her before she left us to Heaven.

Mami was a faithful servant of Messiah Jesus, a devoted wife and mother, whose example to her family will live on in the devotion and love of her children.

We miss your presence Mami, and will do so for some time to come (and Happy Mothers Day). However, we are so very happy that in exchange for the pain and struggles in body and mind, you are experiencing the Peace that passes all understanding in the One who redeemed and sanctified you for Himself. You are now completely in His care. In that we rejoice, and have hope of joining you, and Papi, one day, when we are called home by the King of Glory. What a day THAT will be!
I can just about hear Jesus saying,
"Well done, faithful servant... enter into the joy of your Lord..."
