Dearest Penny and family, I was so sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. I have such fond memories of our days at the club in Fort Myers. So many years of Saturday night meetings, we always loved to sit in our "designated" seats and had such great fellowship before and after the meeting. Chuck always had that laugh and his eyes would sparkle and you never really knew if he was joking or it was a "true" story of one of his escapades. He gave willingly of sincere love of AA. Years pass, we lose touch, but I will never forget him. A few days before I heard the news, I had just been looking at the plaque on the wall at Yana and read his name and smiled. Penny you have indeed lost your soul mate, but know that I hold you in my heart, as you also touch me many times with your kindness. Margaret L (Sunday Morning Breakfast Group)

Dearest Friend Chuck,

Thank you so much for all you have given me. You saved my life with your love. Thank you for the times we made coffee together and the long, thoughtful, and life breathing conversations we had over the coffee we had made together. You will always be in my heart. I will miss you so so much!! May you rest in peace now. One day, we shall see each other again, my brother in Christ. With love, Maria

I am sincerely sorry for your loss of Charles, he dedicated his life to help people and that is a wonderful quality to have and remember. Please find encouragement from the words found in Revelation 21:3+4 where it says sickness and death will be done away with.
