Paul D. Weot, 89, of Boca Raton, FL, passed away on March 13, 2021.
Born in Grosse Point, MI on December 31, 1931. He graduated from St. Paul’s On The Lake High School and attended the University of Detroit. Paul served in the US Army as an MP during the Korean War.
Paul and Madelon Jean Brown were married in Grosse Pointe on June 30, 1956. They moved to Boca Raton, FL in 1957 and raised two sons; Timothy and Gregory. Paul and Madelon were married almost 65 years.
He worked as a District Manager and Salesman for the American Automobile Association for over 30 years. Paul and Madelon spent their retirement years traveling to all 48 contiguous United States and Alaska in their Motorhome and enjoying their grandchildren.
Paul is survived by his wife Madelon, sons Tim (Nancy) and Greg (Jeanna), grandchildren, Kristen, Jessica, Joshua and Kimberly, great grandchildren Christian, Braxton, Paisley and sisters Christine McShane (Larry-Deceased), Alice Shreve (Keith) and Mary Lou Flagler (Harley)..
Paul is preceded in death by brothers Hubert and David and sister Kathleen Kirsch (Jerry-Deceased).
A funeral service in celebration of Paul’s life will be held at 11:30am March 31, 2021 at Ascension Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 9:30-11:00am on March 31st at Gary Panoch Funeral Home, 6140 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL. Internment will follow the service at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL.
