November 16, 2020 1:31 PMI worked as Jerry and Arsho's real estate attorney for probably 20 years. In every deal, the other side always complemented him on how beautiful the property was, what a pleasure it was dealing with him, and that all they needed from him was a handshake. Jerry was a rare gem

November 13, 2020 6:10 PMJirair was truly an amazing man. My family lived next door to him when I was growing up. My mom and Jerry went to vocational school together to learn English. I was the bratty little girl next door and Jerry was always so nice to me. He always made me smile. As a child, I remember taking a ride in his hot rod and that is where my love of classic cars started. He was such a teddy bear with a big heart and a huge personality. He adored his wife and children and lite up when he spoke of them. If you had the pleasure of meeting this man, you know he would go out of his way for anyone and that your life was truly better by having spent time with him. He will be missed by many. May he rest in peace. His family is in our thoughts and prayers.
