Jean P Constant

Jean Provel Constant, (82), of Verette, Haiti, born on January 6th, 1941, passed away on August 14, 2023.

Jean, fondly known as "Lanio,” was born to Sarius and Francilie in Haiti on January 6th, 1941. He was a very prideful man who always put his family first. Jean had six children: three girls and three boys. He moved everyone from Haiti to the United States for an opportunity for a better life. While in America, he worked as a landscaper—a skill he learned when he was a young man.

Jean and Engelina Jean-Charles Constant had been together for 48 years, married for 40 years, and had five children together: Niola Constant, Jhuslaine Constant, Ovel Constant, Ismamaze Constant, Richard T. Constant, and Jean R. Constant.

Aside from his unwavering determination to support his family, Jean P. Constant was a man who enjoyed the company of his loved ones above anything else. Jean was a good man and will be missed by everyone who had a chance to get to know him.

Family will receive friends Friday, August 25, 2023, 6-8pm. A funeral service will be held Satruday, 10am at JOHN 3 16 EVANGELICAL BAPTIST CHURCH, 620 Bluebird Dr in Delray Beach, FL 33444. Burial will follow at Delray Beach Memorial Gardens Municipal Cemetery.
