Victor Riggs was born November 6, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois. He resided in Pompano Beach, Florida and was taken by God Easter Sunday April 8, 2012. He was in carpentry for 20 years and owned Victors Riggs Cabinets. He was exceptionally skilled and built the most beautiful kitchens imaginable. His love for music inspired him to be the lead singer of Flesh. He loved the color black, skulls, boating, fishing, volkswagons, breeding pitbulls, dune buggies and parties. He was an all around great guy, had an amazing heart and was always there to help others in need. Very loud, happy, outgoing and guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Victor leaves behind his daughter Christina Fisler, grandson Hayden Rice, sisters Donna Smith, Pamela Andorf, Betty Lemaster also his parents Billy Joe Riggs and Dorothy Riggs (predeceased). He comes from a large family so there are numerous relatives and friends also surviving him.
