Thomas Edward Reynolds, born May 7 1940, passed away February 1, 2023 in Boca Raton, Fl.
Thomas was born in a suburb of Chicago where he spent the first few years of his life before his family moved to New York City. He joined the army after high school where he quickly rose to the rank of Captain on account of his extraordinary intelligence.  He was stationed in Europe at NATO headquarters where he met his wife of over 40 years Lisette, while at a ball in a Belgian chateaux. After graduating from the University of Maryland, he began a long career working as a state lobbyist for private and government entities.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Amarantha and his son Douglas, his brother Terry and sister Sharon, and his two precious grandchildren Franco and Ciana.
A funeral service will be held Thursday Feb 16, 2023, 11am at the Gary Panoch Funeral Home located at 6140 N Federal Highway Boca Raton Fl, followed by a graveside service with military honors at the South Florida National Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest next to his wife.
