Susan Ellen Parker, 76, of Delray Beach, FL, passed away September 25, 2019. She is survived by her loving children; Dianne, Chrissy, Eddie, Annie, Jennifer, Stephen, Richie, Ricky, Jamie, sisters; Kathleen, Eileen, Maureen, 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and her cat Beauty. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Richard and son James. Susan enjoyed cooking, gardening, murder mysteries and spending time with her grandkids. She loved cooking for Christmas with her grandchildren who were her entire world. She always made Christmas extra special. Susan will always be remembered for her sarcasm, her sense of humor and for her love of chocolate.Family will receive friends Thursday, October 3, 2019, 3-7pm with a 6pm Celebration of Life service at the funeral home. Burial will be held Friday, October 4, 10:45am at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL where she will be laid to rest next to her husband Richard.
