Steve "Zahi" Gores, 58, of Jupiter, Florida, passed away on December 29, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Steve was born on June 4, 1967, in Nazareth, Israel, to Salim and Afaf Gores, both of whom preceded him in death. He later made his home in Palm Beach Gardens, where he built a life rooted in family, hard work, and simple joys.

Steve attended Palm Beach Gardens High School and worked for many years with companies including Publix and The Home Depot. He was known for his steady presence, dedicated work ethic, and the genuine connections he formed with coworkers and customers alike.

Above all, Steve was devoted to his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Gores; his daughter, Pamela Gores; his brothers Ray Gores, Ron Gores, and John Gores; and his sister, Sherry Gores. He was a cherished husband, father, brother, and friend, and he will be deeply missed.

Steve found happiness in life's simple pleasures. He loved fishing, driving by the beach, visiting the Jupiter Inlet and Juno Beach Pier, and spending time with his dog, Tom.

A memorial service in honor of Steve will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church in Tequesta, Florida, on Friday, January 23rd, 2026, at 10 AM.

Steve will be remembered for his kindness, devotion to family, and the love he shared with those closest to him. May his memory be a blessing.
