Roberta Ann Slaybaugh

Roberta "Bobbi" Slaybaugh of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on July 20, 2025.

Born on September 21, 1941, in Columbus Ohio, Bobbi's family relocated to Carlisle, Pennsylvania when she was a small child. Bobbi graduated from Carlisle High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Shippensburg University.

Bobbi loved life and lived it to the fullest.  She loved going on cruises and laying out on the beach almost every Sunday.  Her favorite activities were playing tennis and going to movies and her happiest time of the year was Christmas, especially at Disney with all the magical lights and music.  She truly loved her family and her grandchildren brought her great joy.  She always made time for her family and she will be deeply missed.

She was proceeded in death by her brother, James Boomershine, and her daughter, Michele Martin.

Married for 64 years, she will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Michael Slaybaugh. She will be missed and remembered by her siblings, Doug (Salle) Boomershine of Tennessee, Margie (Mike) Blumenthal of Pennsylvania, and Dave (Mindy) Boomershine of Maryland. Her children, Norrie (Karl) Leonard of Florida, and Robert (Julie) Slaybaugh of Pennsylvania, and four grandchildren, Samantha and Holly Leonard, and Laura and Liam Slaybaugh will miss her generous love and kindness.

Services will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 3:00 pm at the Gary Panoch Funeral Home.
