Robert Lennon Paulk "Bob" of Boca Raton, left this world on Monday, the 14th of March 2022. He was at home surrounded by his loving family. Bob was a native Floridian born September 25, 1930 in Fort Pierce, Florida. He was a handsome, sweet, caring soul, faithful husband, devoted father, loving grandfather and great grandfather who was loved by all. He married his sweetheart Lois Jane Lincoln and they shared a love and life for over 66 years.

Bob found his passion as a firefighter for the City of Miami Fire Department on April 3, 1950 and retired on May 31, 1991 after serving the citizens of the City of Miami for over 41 years. In the course of his career he performed as Firefighter, Rescue Squad Driver, Training Officer, Union President, Fire and Rescue Lieutenant, and Executive Secretary of the Civil Service Board. LT. Paulk was one of the original thirty Rescue Squad members who pioneered pre-hospital emergency medical services in the mid-1960's, services which became the standard throughout the world. LT. Paulk was an example to three generations of Firefighters and is recognized as one of the most beloved and respected Fire Officers in the Miami Fire Department's history.

He is survived by his loving daughter Bobbye and son-in-law Jerry Miller, son Robert Lennon Paulk III, grandchildren Shane and Jodi Miller, Taylor and Mike Lanigan, Zachary Paulk, Valentina V. Paulk, and great-grandchildren Summer and Chloe Miller.

We will celebrate his life on Friday March 25th, 2022.
