Ramon Fortaleza, 84, of Delray Beach, FL, passed away June 17, 2014. He is survived by his beloved wife Renee, daughter Suzzanne (Ron) Swanson, son Ray (Andrea,) grandchildren; Katelyn, Gabby, Demetri, several nieces and nephews. Ramon was predeceased by his daughter Lynn. A Celebration of Life service will be held Sat., June 21, 12pm noon at the funeral home. Burial will be held at the South Florida National Cemetery with full military honors. Donations may be made in memory of Ramon to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
