Phyllis Restivo, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away peacefully at home August 14, 2022.
Born July 6,1938 in Chicago, Illinois, Phyllis, her husband and children relocated to Delray Beach in 1982.
Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband Matthew of 64 years, her loving children; Matt(y) (Sally) Restivo and Lara (T) Gavel, doting grandchildren; Katy (Ken) Lewis, Anna, Tommy, MJ and Kenna. She was blessed with five beautiful great- grandchildren by Katy and Ken; Kyla, Kelsi, Kennedy, Kane and most recently Kannon. She will also be remembered by her sister Anna (Anthony) Bellisario of Moorpark, CA. Phyllis was predeceased by her brothers Michael (Nancy) LaJoy and Peter (Toni) LaJoy of California.
Phyllis loved to cook and entertain for her many friends and family. She won several recipe contests, most notably for her Italian "Sphingi", and was showcased on the Emeril Lagasse Cooking Show. She was an avid tennis player and loved to play card games.
A Funeral Mass in memory of Phyllis will be held on Saturday August 20, at 12:15 pm at Ascension Catholic Church, 7250 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, Florida.

Donations may be made in memory of Phyllis Restivo to St Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) or Parkinson's Foundation (Parkinson.org).
