Noemi Colon Devalle was born to Rita Devalle and Rufino Colon on March 15, 1942 in Rio Pierdas Sadana Llamas, PR. She then resided to Williamsburg Brooklyn NY. At the age of 19 she married the late Angel L. Madera on May 26, 1962. She was a dedicated, loving mother and devoted house wife. She loved traveling and her second home was Mexico where she had many friends. She's survived by two sons Angelo Madera Jr & Anthony Madera. Alongside her daughter in law Sandra Madera, four grandchildren: Anthony Jr, D'Angelo, Victoria, Stephanie Madera and six great grandchildren: Damian, Penelope, Skye, Yandel, Yahriel, D'Angelo Angel Madera Jr. Her life was a blessing to all those who knew her as a strong vibrant women who loved her family. She will be truly missed. Amen.

Family will receive friends Monday, May 18, 2020 from 9-11 am with an 11 am funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
