Millard C. Norman, 94 of Delray Beach, FL, passed away at his Abby Delray residence on April 22, 2021.

Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, he served in the Army in World War Two and graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

He lived in Portsmouth for 55 years and was a member of St John's Episcopal Church.  Millard retired from Life Federal Savings and Loan as Senior Vice President and moved to Boynton Beach, Florida where he continued his lifelong love of bridge, playing in tournaments with various partners.

He subsequently moved to Abby Delray in Delray Beach where he continued to be actively involved with bridge, playing in numerous tournaments.

Millard will be lovingly remembered by his many friends and his surviving cousins: Betty Carroll VanDyck, Fred A. Bell, and Michael H. Gregory.
