Marshall "Marty" Lloyd.

Lloyd, Marshall, 78, of Boca Raton Florida passed away after a long battle with cancer, on February 1st, 2026.

Born September 3rd, 1947 in Corpus Christi, Texas, Marshall was the son of a Navy pilot father and real estate agent mother, both devoted parents. Marshall attended Duke University, and later law school at Boston University. He also gained his Master's in Taxation later in life, which was completely self-taught. Marshall worked as a tax lawyer for most of his career. He was brilliant and served as a trusted advisor and confidant for friends and family alike. He loved people, movies, music, and good food. He brought people together and will always be remembered as the life of the party.

Marshall will be lovingly remembered by his wife Christine, his children Evan and Alyssa and infant grandson Marshall; his sisters Shirley and Nancy, and countless friends and family.

A Memorial Service in remembrance of Marshall will be held on Sunday, February 15th, at 11:00AM at Gary Panoch Funeral Home in Boca Raton, Florida.
