On January 25th, 2023 at 5:06 PM beloved Mother and Grand Mother Maria Felina Villafañe Sanchez passed away at the age of 71 years old in Delray Beach, FL.  She was born in the town of St Cristobal, State of Tachira, Venezuela where she studied and obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration.  During her studies she met and married Ernesto Gomez and had two beautiful daughters, Marianella and Marifel, whom survive her today.
Marifelina always enjoyed family, reunions, good food and loved playing cards.  She was incredibly smart and resilient and loved her family very much.  She is also survived by 4 Grand-Children, Daniel, Alejandro, Isabelle and Connor.
Marifelina passed away after a long and arduous fight with numerous health conditions.  She was loved by many cousins, aunts, nephews, nieces and of course her direct family.  She will always be remembered compassionately as a very strong and sweet woman.  She will be missed dearly.
A Funeral Service will be held for Marifelina on Saturday February 11th at 2:30 PM at the funeral home.  According to her wishes she is to be cremated with her ashes spread in the ocean.
