Kevork Gulluian
October 1931 – May 20, 2025
It is with deep sadness that the family of Kevork Gulluian announces his unexpected passing on May 20, 2025, at the age of 94.
Kevork was born in October 1931 in Üsküdar, Istanbul, and was raised by his beloved parents, Manik and Mikael Gulluian, alongside his brother Bogos and sisters Araksi and Berjoohi. He graduated from high school in Istanbul and, in 1960, immigrated to the United States with his devoted wife Sona, settling in Philadelphia.
A proud and patriotic Armenian, Kevork maintained a deep connection to his homeland—owning an apartment in Armenia and visiting often. He was the founder of a successful typewriter company in Artmor, widely respected for his entrepreneurial spirit.
Kevork was a dedicated member of the Knights of Vartan and served faithfully as a Commander for many years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Berjoohi and Araksi, as well as friends whose lives he touched with warmth, wisdom, and generosity.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 26 at 1:00 PM, at St. David Armenian Church, 2300 Yamato Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431
