Kathleen A. Jewell, born on May 31, 1937, in County Cavan, Ireland, gracefully departed from this world on November 20, 2023, in Delray Beach, FL. She was 86 years old.

Kathleen was a beloved wife, cherished mother, adoring grandmother, and a dear sister. She is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, Donal Jewell, her loving daughters Maureen (Michael) Moore, Eileen Jewell, Doreen Jewell, and daughter-in-law Leonila Jewell. Kathleen is also remembered by her sister, Eileen Maloney, and leaves behind a legacy of love in the hearts of her grandchildren, Christopher Moore, Kevin Moore, and Katarina Jewell. Predeceased by her son Daniel, Kathleen faced life's challenges with grace and resilience, finding solace in her unwavering faith and the love of her family.

Kathleen was a pillar of strength in her community, known for her passion for dancing and her commitment to being a Eucharistic Minister. Her compassionate spirit extended beyond her family and friends, as she dedicated herself to the prison ministry in Pennsylvania, embodying the principles of kindness, empathy, and understanding.

A woman of profound faith, Kathleen's spirituality illuminated the lives of those around her. Her legacy will forever be intertwined with her unwavering commitment to her beliefs and her profound acts of kindness.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Ascension Catholic Church in Boca Raton, FL, providing an opportunity for loved ones to come together in remembrance and celebration of Kathleen's life.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes any tributes be made in the form of a charitable donation, preferably to one of Kathleen's favorite charities;
