John Raymond Forrest, 55, of Lake Worth, FL passed away July 23, 2022. He is survived by his girlfriend, Rita, father Robert, brothers; Gary, Jeff (Gina,) and Rob (Holly.) John was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth and nephew Colton. John is survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He was born in West Palm Beach He will always be remembered for his kind heart. Services are pending.
