Joanna Bartolomeo

Bartolomeo, Joanna, 52 of Boca Raton, Florida passed away at home on May 3, 2024.

Born on May 16th, 1971, in Kolobrzeg, Poland, Joanna Bartolomeo lived to serve her loved ones. Very independent from a young age, she left Poland in her twenties to find employment and provide for her mother and sister back home. She worked for an international cruise line company before settling in Chicago and working for the Marriott there. This is where she met her husband, Thomas Bartolomeo, Jr., who brought her back to his home in Narragansett, Rhode Island to get married and start a family. In 2000 and 2002, Joanna brought her two treasures into the world, her sons Anthony and Justin. From that day forward, her life, until the end, would be dedicated to taking care of, nurturing, and developing her sons into the finest men they could be. She worked weekend nights at the Marriott in Providence, Rhode Island allowing her to spend more time with her boys and be present at their various school and sports events. Her children were her pride in life and her purpose was to be the best mother she could. Though she sadly passed away in her sleep on Friday, May 3rd, 2024, she undoubtedly holds endless pride in her heart knowing that she succeeded at motherhood. Throughout her life, Joanna was known for being happy and a bright spot in the days of those around her. She always did what she could to make the lives of others easier.

Joanna will be lovingly remembered by her children; Anthony and Justin Bartolomeo of Florida; her former husband Thomas Bartolomeo, Jr. of Florida; her mother Maria Andrzejewska of Poland; and her sister Agata Osoch of Germany.
