James (Jimmy) Wilson, Jr. of Boca Raton, Florida peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, January 30th. He was 87 years old.

James was born on March 20, 1934, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After high school, he entered the US Army, becoming a Tank Commander. James worked as a pressman receiving numerous Neo Graphic Awards. He was a Trustee in his church, a Mason, an avid golfer and an amazing husband, father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Erma Drusilla Wilson, his mother, Eva Mary Jackson, and brothers Robert Wilson and Ronald Daniels. James is survived by his daughter Karen M. Holland, his sister, Eloise White, grandchildren, Danielle E. Holland, Brian E. Holland, Jr. and David J. Holland. James is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

A military memorial honoring the life of James Wilson, Jr. will be held on 2/24/22 at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
