James R. Mulligan, 81, of Boca Raton, FL, passed away Jan. 15, 2012 at his home with his wife and son by his side. A resident of South Florida since 1983, he is survived by his loving wife Eileen of 60 years, beloved sons; Thomas (Janice,) Daniel, brother; Michael (Marsha,) grandchildren; Bradley, Thomas, Madison, Morgan, Brooke and Michael. Jim was predeceased by his children; James, Anne and Kathleen. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War and retired in basic steel supervision from LTV, formerly Youngstown Sheet & Tube in Indiana Harbor, IN, in 1983
