James Michael Lanigan, age 61, passed away after a long illness in Avante, Boca Raton, Florida. He had made his home in West Palm Beach, Florida for many years. Jim was born in West Chester, PA on August 6, 1956. He attended West Chester Area Schools and graduated from a Downingtown technical school where he learned to be a mechanic. During his lifetime he worked in construction and was a mechanic for heavy equipment. His mother, Olivette T. Lanigan Fogg and his step-father, James H. Fogg reside in DuBois, PA. His father, James A. Lanigan (deceased) lived in West Chester, PA.

Also surviving are two sons, Phillip James Lanigan (Lauren McGregor) and Adam James Lanigan, all in the Boca Raton area. Adam led his father to Christ. Also surviving are his brother Michael Lanigan, Pittsburgh, PA, a niece Bethany Marcello (Michael Marcello) and a nephew, Ryan Hall, New York City, two great nieces: Genivieve Marcello, Juliette Marcello, a step-brother Erik Fogg and son, Finn, California, a step-sister Debbie Hartman (John Hartman) and a step-niece, Skyla Hartman from the Worthington area in PA.

Jim was a much beloved son and father of two sons. He will be sadly missed by all. We will meet again in Heaven.
