Henry "Heshy" Miller

Henry Miller, 103, of Boca Raton, Florida entered into eternal rest on April 8, 2023.

Henry was born on November 28, 1919 in Boston, Massachusetts. His parents, Max and Esther Miler, raised four children and he was predeceased by his sisters, Rose Weinstein, Frieda Mintz and Shirley Herman.

He married his sweetheart, Ruth Revis, in 1953 and celebrated 64 years of blissful marriage with the love of his life. He leaves behind his children, Dr. Michael Miller (Sheryl) of Sharon, Massachusetts and his daughter Wendy Schneider (Norman) of Hollywood, Florida and Boston, Massachusetts. He cherished his 5 grandchildren, Stephen Schneider (Jennifer) of Los Angeles, California, Barry Schneider (Rachel) of Wellesley, Massachusetts, Cory Schneider (Victoria) of Walpole, Massachusetts, Dr. Adam Miller (Jes) of Canton, Massachusetts, and Rachel Callino (Mike) of Weehawken, New Jersey. He had the longevity to have 7 great-grandchildren, Ava and Rel Schneider, Sydney, Elle and Sonny Schneider, Louis Schneider and Henry Miller. He also had several nephews and nieces.

Henry was a lifelong member of Masonic Freedom Lodge of Boston and was a Shriner as well. His family labeled him "The Legend" since he lived independently and retained all his memory from his early childhood. He was a role model and advisor to all his family. He lived by the simple philosophy of love and respect for others. He enjoyed watching sports especially the Patriots, playing bingo, doing crossword puzzles and watching television especially his Steve Harvey game shows. Believe it or not he was also intrigued by the Bachelorette.

When he was asked for the source of his longevity he said it was his love of family, eating chocolates and his penchant for ice cream.

Special recognition goes to his aide and companion, Cece, who cared for him tirelessly and was truly an angel to our family. She called him "Papi" and "King Henry." There wasn't anything she wouldn't sacrifice to make him happy and comfortable living at home.

Private memorial services were held at Panoch Funeral Home in Boca Raton and there will be Memorial services held in Massachusetts at a future date.
