Grace Loy Blackwood was born on June 25, 1935, in Hanover, Jamaica, West Indies. She went home to the Lord September 13, 2020. She married Magzil "Max" and was married to him for forty-three years, until he predeceased her. Grace and Max were blessed with two children, Stephen, who predeceased Grace, and Dawn. Grace is survived by her daughter, Dawn, brothers and sisters; Eric, Thelka, Therol, Paul, Sonia, and Clyde along with an extended village of nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

She will always be remembered as a positive diminutive force of energy. Her energy was infectious and inspiring. We will miss her dearly.

Family will receive friends Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 10-11am with an 11am funeral at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at the Boca Raton Mausoleum.
