Daly (Flores), Gloria May

A commemoration of the life of Gloria Daly will be held Friday, April 22nd and Saturday, April 23rd with a viewing Friday from 5pm-8pm at Gary Panoch Funeral Home and a mass service Saturday at 11am at  Ascension Church both in Boca Raton, FL.

Gloria was born January 19, 1945. She was the daughter of Emanuel & Julia Flores. Gloria is survived by her daughter Deborah and eight sons; Andrew, Paul, Daniel, Michael, John, Thomas, Joseph and William all of Boca Raton, FL , 2 brothers Emilio Flores of Livingston, CA, brother Abel Flores of Boca Raton, FL , 2 sisters, Olivia Flores of Visalia, CA and Dora Flores of Hollywood, CA., fourteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Gloria was predeceased by her parents, brother Emanuel and sister Stella.

Gloria was a LPN for over 15 years and eventually retired from Boca Raton Regional Hospital. She was very active in her community; some of her focuses on feeding the less fortunate, spiritual leadership, being a right to life council member and children's rights advocate. To her family and community she was the local "super mom" known by many and loved by all that knew her. Through her faith she was able to accomplish what most believed impossible. She kept her faith in God, her devotion to family and an overall inspirational belief towards others that "God will provide".
