Garbis Terzian entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 21, 2017. He is survived by his beloved, wife, Arshalous, children Hagop and Elie, stepchildren, Nora Kzirian and Antranig Keomurjian, his siblings, nieces and nephews; and many friends who were part of his extended family.
Born in Aleppo, Syria in 1942, Garbis, by trade was a painter; however, he was best known for his comedic work as the lovable fez-wearing Hoja, a character he named after his grandfather. His passion was to make people laugh and he did so for his entire life.
His viewing and funeral will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at St. David Armenian Church, located at 2300 Yamato Rd., Boca Raton, FL 33431.
Wake View: 10:00 AM | Funeral Service: 11:00 AM
Interment will follow immediately after the funeral at the Memorial Cemetery, located at 380 NE 6th Avenue, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.
Upon the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. David Armenian Church or Camp Haiastan.
