Francis J. “Frankie” Di Salvo, 77, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026.

Born on January 15, 1949, in Cornwall, New York, Frankie was the son of Thomas and Filomena (Facchino) Di Salvo. He dedicated many years of service to the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, where he retired from the housekeeping department.

Frankie had a passion for exploring the world and enjoyed traveling to many destinations throughout his life. He was an avid reader with a particular interest in history and cherished sharing what he learned with family and friends. He appreciated good food, especially authentic Italian cuisine, and took great pleasure in gathering around the table with loved ones.

A talented woodworker, Frankie created many beautiful pieces and was always willing to lend a helping hand to family members whenever needed. His generosity, craftsmanship, and devotion to his family will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

He is survived by his brothers, Thomas (Linda) Di Salvo, Joseph Di Salvo, and John (Bonnie) Di Salvo; his sister, Angela (Bart) Meehan; his aunt, Mary Lafuente; and many beloved cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by other cherished family members.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frankie’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM, with a funeral service beginning at 5:00 PM at the funeral home.

Frankie will be laid to rest beside his beloved parents in New York.

Though he has left this world, the memories he created through his kindness, craftsmanship, and love of family will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
