Evelyn Hemm, 87, went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2011. She was born on February 4, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY. She was one of twelve children, seven girls and five boys. Beloved mother of Ellen Lombardozzi, Eileen Fernandez and husband George, the late Michael Hemm, Kenneth Hemm and wife Michelle, Mary Palisoc and husband Joe, Deborah Szlosek and husband Kevin. Dearest Nanny of Kristine, Karen, Scott, Rhianna, Shanna, Joseph, Nicholas, Michael, Kathleen and Jake. Great grandmother of Megan, Gabriella and Joseph. The viewing will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 celebrating Evelyn's life. The funeral will be held on Monday at 10:45 at St. Jude's Catholic Church.
