Effie Louise Werner, 84, of Boca Raton, FL, passed away March 14, 2016. She is survived by her loving children; Frances (Mitchell) Cantor, James Werner, Cynthia (John  Wayne) Collins, 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Effie enjoyed gardening, flowers and butterflies. Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 16, 2016, 3-8pm with a 6pm service at the funeral home. Burial will be held 2pm, Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Cycadia Cemetery, Tarpon Springs, FL.
