Edward "Eddie" Moore
Moore,Edward, 91, of Delray Beach,Florida passed away peacefully in the company of his family on January 13, 2021.
Edward was born in New York City and served honorably in the US Army. He made Rockaway Beach in Queens his home after marrying his beloved wife Eileen Moore. They were faithful parishioners of St. Camillus parish where they raised their eight children.
Edward was a third degree knight in Knights of Columbus and also served as a volunteer sports coach in the community for many years. Eventually, he and his wife retired to High Point in Delray Beach, Florida.
Edward will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife, Eileen of 69 years, his loving children; James (Kathleen) Moore, Patricia (Tom) Carpenter, MaryEllen (Kevin) Brady, Barbara (Martin) Frawley, Edward Moore Jr., John Moore, Julie Gordon, William (Michele) Moore, doting grandchildren Timothy, Erin, Christine, Patti, Thomas, Brodie, Bryan, Jennifer, Katelyn, Kevin, Keira, Emma, Edward, Ashley, Senaid, Justin, Zackery, Timothy, Christopher, Brandon, Michael, Mitchell, Shane, Krystal, William, Sofia and Francesca and 15 great grandchildren.
A private service will be held at Emanuel Church in Delray Beach. The burial will be at South Florida National cemetery in Lake Worth Florida.
