Dwain Pierrard

Dwain was born August 30th, 1925 to Edna (Madson) and Alvin Pierrard in Catawba, WI. He passed away, June 19th 2012, peacefully at home in Palm Beach, FL.

Dwain served in the US Navy during WWII from 1944-1946.

In 1953 he was united in marriage to Sylvia Kraimer.

Through his career he owned the general store in Catawba, WI, several Dwain Foods grocery stores in Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay also the Captains Inn Supper Club in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Dwain had a lifelong fondness for the family of friends that he acquired throughout his career.

Dwain is survived by his wife Sylvia, brother Ken, sister Muriel (Cress) and children Jackie, Bob, Jill, Jean, Joe and John. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved daughter Mary Lou and sister Barbara (Beisner).

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 9am on June 30th 2012 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 811 Juniper Ave, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.
