Douglas R. Brown III was born on September 6, 1961 to Douglas R. Brown Jr. (Deceased) and Joan Brown. He passed away on November 7, 2013 at the age of 52.
Doug was born and raised in Manassas, VA. He worked as a carpenter doing what he loved. He also loved being with family and friends, being outdoors, and animals. Despite his sometimes tough guy exterior, he had a heart as soft as cotton.
He is survived by his mother, Joan Brown of Wesley Chapel, FL, his wife Karen R. Brown of Lake Worth, FL, his daughters Leah Brown of Arlington, VA, Kelly Brown of Lake Worth, FL, his step-children who he loved as his own, Matthew Atkinson, April Campbell, and Ashleigh Atkinson, and his sister Kelly Brown of Wesley Chapel. He is also survived by his 2 grandchildren Davin and Amelle Brown, and 4 step-grandchildren, Andrew Poindexter Jr., Neveah Campbell, Kaylee Atkinson and Charles Campbell III.
