Dan was born on August 23, 1968 in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

Dan graduated with a BA of economics from Northern Michigan University. After college he served in the Army 1991 to 1995. He went to the Presidio in Monterey, California for linguistics and then was stationed at Fort Hood. He was an avid learner and after the military persued computer science. He was the chief technology officer at Fluent when he passed.

He was a friend and mentor to many. He loved his family and traveling. He and Olena would take evening walks. He enjoyed watching war movies and having a bourbon or two.

Survived by his wife Olena Hall, his children Dan (Rachel) Hall, Calli Hall and stepson Denys Stuliev. He is also survived by his mother Donna Otis, his father Dan (Merry) Hall, sister Jennifer (Jeffrey) Berman and nieces and nephews Lanie, Jake, Nick and Fiona Berman.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 2, 2026, 11am-1pm at Gary Panoch Funeral Home. 6140 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
