Charles "Charley" Kartstein

Charley, age 89, passed away on October 1, 2021, in Delray Beach, Florida surrounded by the love of his friends and family.

Charley was born on March 12, 1932, in Stoughton, Massachusetts. He married his wife, Thelma, in 1953 and they spent 65 wonderful years together until her passing in 2018. He was fortunate enough to find love again with his partner, Miriam, spending the final few years of his life with her.

Charley enjoyed traveling and was active into his 80's. He loved taking long walks and working in the garden. However, his pride and joy was his family, including children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Along with his wife, Thelma, he was predeceased by daughter-in-law, Ellen, and stillborn great-grandson, Miles. He will be lovingly remembered by his children and their spouses: Pam, Frank, Steven, Howard, and Dee; his grandchildren and their spouses: Jess, Brad, Matt, Denise, Lauren, Meghan, Wade, Anna, and Kyle; and his four great children: Zach, Dani, Harper, and Rowan.

A celebration of Charley's life will be held at a later date.
