Arthur R. Davis, Sr. expired 2-13-2022.

He and his wife Edna lived in Boca Raton and other Florida residences since 1968.

Arthur was born in N.Y.C., Bronx, 9-25-1924. He schooled there and at 18 yrs old joined the USA Navy Seabees, serving in Africa, Atlantic and Pacific Islands, IWO JIMA and during World War II before discharge with honorable service.

Married 1946, worked in construction, went to R.I. College of Design, degree in architectural engineering.

He and wife Edna lived together for 76 years, having 4 sons, general contractors, who all incorporated in business in construction, in Boca Raton.

Arthur was a good loving husband who gave every bit of energy to his family and business. Also had daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, all living here in Florida. A beautiful, happy family who all loved their "Grandpa", "Dad" and "My Hubby". He was a gentleman who loved everyone.

A private service in memory of him at later date.
