Anthony Schraffa, Jr. was born on December 31, 1958 in Hartford, Connecticut on his mother's birthday. He was the son of Anthony Schraffa, Sr. and Mildred Schraffa, the youngest of three children. Anthony attended Newington High Schoool in Newington, Connecticut. In 1974, he moved to Florida with his parents, sister Carol and brother Peter Schraffa. He was the love of his family's life and the heart of thier hearts. Anthony will be deeply missed by his wife and best friend of 31 years, Linda Jean Schraffa, his two daughters Jennifer Michaud and Melissa McGowan, his two sons Michael and AnthonySchraffa III, son-in-law Kevin McGowan, three granddaughters Brianna (11), Mya (5), and Lyla (2). Great was his faithfulness to us all.

Family will receive friends Friday, June 24, 6-8pm at Gary Panoch Funeral Home with a 7pm service. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 25, 2011 2:00pm at Forest Lawn South followed by burial, 2401 SW 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317.
