Anne Piscatello, 100, of Coconut Creek, Florida, formerly of San Diego, California, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Born on February 4, 1915 in Manhattan, NY, (one of five children) to Italian immigrants, father Giuseppe Lombardo and mother Giovanna Caiozza. Anne and her family moved to Easton, PA in the early 1930's where she met her husband Tony, and had her only child, John Piscatello. In 1960 the family moved west to San Diego, where she resided until moving to Florida in 2003. Anne is survived by her sister Mamie Brazinski-Kolbe of Bethlehem, PA, son John (Mary Ellen), and her grandchildren Robin (Mark) Corder of San Diego, CA, Anthony Macaluso of Boca Raton, FL, and Gina Macaluso of Maui, Hawaii. Anne is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews in both California and Pennsylvania. Anne loved being a part of big Italian family gatherings filled with food and laughter. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in San Diego, CA in December. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice by the Sea at 561-494-6887.
