In Memoriam: Anders Bengtson

Anders Bengtson, age 73, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away on December 28, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 7, 1950, in Malmo, Sweden, Anders was the cherished son of Birgit Grove and the late Herbert Bengtson, and a beloved brother to Agnetta Waldorf and the late Christer Bengtson. He is survived by his devoted wife, Ella Bengtson, his loving children Mikael Bengtson and Maria Zondervan, and his adored grandsons Carl Zondervan and Alex Zondervan.

Anders was a man of many accomplishments and passions. He was the proud owner of Panorama Travel Agency, where he shared his love for exploring new places and creating lasting memories for others. Additionally, he served as the former President of World Golfers USA, Inc., leaving a lasting impact on the golfing community.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Anders was a dedicated family man, known for his warm heart and generous spirit. He derived immense joy from spending time with his family, creating a legacy of love and togetherness that will endure for generations.

In the face of health challenges over the past two years, Anders displayed incredible strength and resilience. Dependent on blood donations, he valiantly fought for his life. A celebration of Anders Bengtson's life will take place on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a funeral service at 5:00 PM. Light snacks and coffee will be provided, offering an opportunity for friends and loved ones to share memories and support one another during this difficult time.

Anders Bengtson will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for the love and kindness he showered upon his family and friends. May his soul rest in peace and may his legacy of warmth and generosity continue to inspire those who knew and loved him.
