IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Adam Donald
Stone
June 19, 1995 – January 21, 2021
Adam D. Stone
June 19, 1995 – January 21, 2021
Beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend Adam Stone passed away in a tragic motorcycle accident on Jan 21, 2021 in Boca Raton, Florida.
Born in Boynton Beach to Donald G. Stone and Vickie Snyder Childs, Adam was always a free spirit — kind, sincere, genuine, funny, and an all-around delight to be with.
He cared deeply for his family and was dedicated to his friends — whom he considered his second family — and always made time for everyone he met, to lend a helping hand or even deliver a positive comment. Adam went to MECE preschool at Boca Raton First United Methodist Church, A.D. Henderson University School, K-8 Boca Raton High School (graduating in 2013) and attended Florida Atlantic University.
He loved the outdoors, from the oceans to the mountains, and was a much-adored counselor for many years at his home away from home, Camp Lakota in upstate New York, where he started out as a camper.
Adam will be remembered for his irresistible smile, his amber eyes, sunny personality, and caring nature. He brought joy to everything he did — from playing video games with his little brother, to watering plants for his grandmother, to walking his Dad's dog Riley. Hanging out with his mom and step-dad Michael and his two sisters and brother, whether it was just watching TV or just lounging around or waiting for dinner. Always joking around about everything
Adam posted on his Facebook a while back "it's not a phase. it's my life. It's not a hobby. It's my passion. It's not for everyone. it was for me" This is how he felt about his motorcycle and the love of riding and the friends he made doing it. Through the Legacy Donations Service Foundation, Adam was able to save other children. Adam has now shared the gift of life with several in need.
Adam is predeceased by his grandfathers, Chester F. Snyder, Jr. and Donald Stone. He is survived by his father, Don Stone, his mother, Vickie Snyder Childs, his stepdad Michael Childs,
his sisters Carlie Stone (22) and Katie Childs (14), his brother Kevin Childs (12), his grandparents Ardyth Stone and Carl & Ellen Childs of Boca Raton, and grandmother Joan

Lee & Tony Lee (Pompano Beach).
