William “Bill” Potter, 63, of Boca Raton, Florida passed away peacefully at home on June 18, 2019 surrounded by the people he loved most.
Born September 3, 1955 in Jackson, Michigan. He attended Frost Middle School and Parkside High School, during which time he met his wife, Jeannie. Bill later attended Michigan State University, graduating with a degree in Political Science. After college, Bill & Jeannie moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he started painting for work. After the arrival of their first child, Bill & Jeannie took a leap and moved to Boca Raton, Florida to start Painting by Potter, which he ran for over 35 years, and is still in business today!
Bill will be remembered and prayed for by his beloved wife, Jeannie of 42 years, his loving children; Sarah (William), Joseph (Veronica), MaryAnn, Michael, and Katherine (Josh), his 11 amazing grandchildren, Hannah, Felicity, William, Jacob, Parker, Julia, Owen, Caleb, Lily, Francesca & Bridget, and siblings Tim (Lisa) Potter, Pam (Charles) Falahee, and Becky (Robert) Zeichman.
A viewing will be held Saturday, June 22 from 9AM-10AM at Gary Panoch Funeral Home & Cremations. Followed by an 11AM funeral mass at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Boca Raton Cemetery. .
Up until the very last minute, Bill offered his suffering and pain for all the precious babies, born and unborn.
