On Monday July 29, 2019, Theresa Conder, of Boca Raton, Florida passed away in hospice at the age of 49.  Theresa passed, surrounded by family, after a long battle with breast cancer.
Theresa was born May 27, 1970 in Queens, New York to Robert and Rowena Kirland. She lived in Japan during her middle school years, and Theresa later attended Nova Southeastern University and graduated with a degree in business.  Theresa worked most of her years in her family’s automobile business.  She raced cars, and eventually managed a professional race team.  Theresa also attended Dealer Academy and was an integral part in managing the dealership.  Theresa raised two sons, William (19) and Harrison (16).
Theresa was a very spiritual person.  She was a collector of crystals and unicorns, was an avid reader, and a lover of all kinds of music.  She was incredibly creative, and loved to paint and make jewelry.  She was known for her sharp intellect, her sense of humor, and love of family.
Theresa will be lovingly remembered by her children William Conder and Harrison Conder, parents Robert Kirland and Rowena Kirland, her sister Laura Gonzalez, brother-in-law Andres Gonzalez, and her nieces Gabriella Gonzalez and Julia Gonzalez.
A funeral service in memory of Theresa will be held on Saturday, August 10 at 3:00pm at Gary Panoch Funeral Home.  It will be preceded by a visitation with her family from 1:00-3:00.  Donations may be made in memory of Theresa Conder to any breast cancer research foundation, but especially to those focusing on Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer.
