Randall Grenadier, age 14, passed away peacefully at home on February 2, 2019.
Randall was born on July 17, 2004 and lived in Boca Raton. She attended Grandview Preparatory School and played on the volleyball team. Randall loved volleyball and played both indoor and beach volleyball in south Florida. Randall also loved to travel and especially enjoyed annual winter trips to Vermont to visit family and ski. Randall will be remembered for her beautiful smile and her incredible sense of humor, even when she was dealing with medical treatments. Randall loved her cats and they are already missing her presence at home.
Randall is survived by her heartbroken parents, Deborah Garland and Bob Grenadier. She is also survived by her very special aunt and uncle, Dagny and John Greenwood, whom she was very close to. She also leaves behind many grieving family and friends who know how unfair her passing is as she touched so many lives in her short time here. Randall is predeceased by her Grandmothers, whom we know will take very good care of her until her parents can be reunited with her.
A funeral service in memory of Randall will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 5:30 pm at the Church on the Hill, Congregational Church, 251 Southwest 4th Ave, Boca Raton FL.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, to honor Randall’s final wishes, she requested to help families struggling with pediatric cancer and to establish a scholarship fund in her memory.
