His leaves behind his children, Thomas Wayne Vann, Pamela Diane (Don) Vann Ramsey, Karen Delores Vann, Vickie Annette Vann (Gary) Vess, and Paul Thomas (Veronica) Vann, Jr. Burial will be held out of state.
