Norma Jean Georgia Nguyen died peacefully holding hands with her husband and best friend, Nam Nguyen, on Sunday July 23, 2017. She leaves a legacy of adventure, having traveled the world and experiencing life with her undeniable sense of humor and optimism. A life-long passion for creativity and crafting left many with her stitched masterpieces and timeless treasures that were carefully made with love. As life brought challenges and adversity, Norma Jean met them head on with her strong faith in God and her will power to blaze through them unscathed. There was never a time when she didn't smile and find the light in darker moments. She was the matriarch of her family and offered her wisdom and guidance to anyone who needed it. She is survived by the love of her life, Nam Nguyen, children J. Kevin Georgia, Jillene K. Howell (Georgia), Juli K. Moates (Georgia), Jerianne (Bill) Jeakle beloved sister, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grand children, and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and her dear friends. 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, July 29, 2017, 10am at

St. Jude Catholic Church
21689 Toledo Rd
Boca Raton, FL 33433

Burial will follow at the Boca Raton Cemetery.
