I am truly sorry for the lose of your loved one. It's harder when it seems that there is no hope, but thankfully God does provide one. In the Bible, in revelations 21:4, mentions how one day no one will ever die again and it promises a better future for all. I hope nothing but the best for the family and friends of Yvette.

Sweet Yvette, you left us all far too soon. Despite the occasional Facebook posts over the years, I feel blessed to have reconnected with you since the holidays, even if it was due to mutual illness. Thank you for allowing me to share in your journey. I am devastated not to have realized it was much worse than you let on, but also not surprised. I'm glad your final days were filled surrounded by the love of your beautiful daughter. Your smiling face will not be forgotten. May you rest in peace.

To have known Yvette was a true blessing. She was so much more than a colleague. She was a sister and friend. I will miss our nights laughing at the shenanigans of the day and phone calls to talk about girl stuff and being a mom. And I know I'm not the only one... she touched everyone this way. We will miss you dearly our sweet and loving sister. Rest In Peace and we know you will be looking over Caroline from Heaven above.

So saddened by this. We all touch one another in some way - Yvette definitely made my life a better life, and she will be missed by many.
When we were younger, I used to call her "spunky" because of her wit, laughter, energy, etc. - rest in peace Spunky.

Dearest Ji Ee Poh, Uncle Lesley, sweet Caroline & Paul,
There aren't enough words to express what you will feel during this time. She is gone far too soon from all of you. But in this grief, find comfort that there is no more pain or sickness.
In the words of an old favourite... Can we find a friend so faithful, Who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our every weakness; Take it to the Lord in prayer.

He has welcomed Yvette Ee with open arms and heaven will shine a little brighter. Love to all of you as you farewell this beautiful lady.... xxx

Yvette Ee (Aunty Notenuffshoes), worse cannot express the grief and sorrow we all in Melbourne are feeling at the news of your passing, however we do know and are comforted knowing that you fought hard and gallantly.

Through all the sorrow though we celebrate the beautiful person that you are and the love you shared with so many people and the special family times we shared.

Rest in peace dear sweet Yvette Ee...and say Hi to Uncle Daniel, Ah Kong and Ah Chuan Ku for us. Make sure they take you to all the best eateries!!!

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing" (2 Timothy 4:7-8)

To Yvette's family. Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss, 50 years old is way to young to pass. I know how extremely painful it is to loose someone close to us, but the comfort that I received from God's word was so helpful, because it gave me a hope. Jesus' words at John 5:28+29 were so comforting to me. Please read them yourself to see why .

I am sorry to learn of your family's loss of Yvette. So many families have been impacted by cancer and it's sad to learn that someone else has been effected. It will be so wonderful when no one will say 'I am sick' again! (Isaiah 33:24) I hope the 'God of all comfort' will help your family during this time. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4)
