An old friend from the earlier Grand Union workplace, Don and I shared many a time fishing. ice fishing, sea fishing and just fishing the Hudson River for bullheads or stripers. It's been 40 years since we were together. I hold those days and time we spent together in my heart. He was always a joy to be with. My condolences to Don's family and friends.

Carrie and family,
So grieved over the loss your family has had; your dad was surely a wonderful person and a true patriot! You have been in my prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, Uncle Donald was a great man, and his sense of humor was awesome.. I have so many great memories of spending time at his home when I was a child, and his different restaurants as I was growing up. He will be missed.. "Rest in Peace" Uncle Donald.
